Once your sponsorship has been confirmed, you will receive login credentials for the dedicated Sponsor Portal. The portal will serve as your central resource for event information and will include links to complete your registration and reserve your hotel accommodations at The Broadmoor at the discounted group rate.

The deadline to book your hotel room is September 15, 2026.

Registration for Suppliers begins at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 17. Please note that hotel check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. If your room is not yet available upon arrival, The Broadmoor will gladly store your luggage until your room is ready.
